Dear Tom,

My wife and I wanted to take the time to express our heartfelt gratitude, for a few things, in what otherwise could have been a disastrous year.

Our business property, a demanding labor of love, which houses Cowan's Pub along with twelve apartment units, suffered a catastrophic fire in March of this year. At the outset, it was chaotic. Two suites were gutted by the fire. Eight suites and the common areas incurred various degrees of smoke and fire damage. The Pub was smoke damaged and closed. Our tenants were evacuated. We had to endure this uncertainty along with the rude, aggressive, harassing fire chasers swarming the location, quite insensitive to our circumstances.

We were pleased when Integrated Restoration employed high tech equipment that addressed the odor conditions at the Pub, allowing for us to maintain business operations. We were amazed that, within a few days of the incident, your crews had the building secured, electrical and plumbing taken care of, and the common areas cleaned and sealed. The containment equipment and the installation of the temporary doors isolated the units that required complete gutting, from those that required cleaning and painting. This allowed for the early return of the tenants to suites. This was instrumental in our being able to maintain our tenant base. The communication throughout the project, your courteous uniformed employees, and the quality workmanship apparent in a beautiful finished product, all added to a great experience evolving out of a disaster.
